What's old is new again...
Thinking about songs like Proud Mary by Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Won't Get Fooled Again by The Who.

Thinking about all of my own knowledge of History and its "Singing of the Spheres". It's a very dissonance-filled type of music.

We have so many looping cyclical themes in the world and far too many violent ones. It's hard sometimes to think we are making any progress; it's easier to think we were more advanced before we made stone tools. We can't even manage to see other humans as us instead of as them.

I didn't even know this news source existed until a recent episode of the #deconstructed #podcast that I listen to mentioned it while interviewing the son (Nat Parry) of the Consortium News founder; Robert Parry.

The remarkable story of how things happened is VERY worth the time to listen to, even at regular speed.

Consortium News is in the top class like Democracy Now.

Damn, this #Podcast changed my opinion of #McDonalds
Typically I'm against monopolistic, centralized authority, and concentrated power as an ethical imperative. This side of the #American #Burger invasion on the world was something I would have never guessed. I'm tempted to have a #European trip adjusted so that it makes a stop there in #Marseille, #France as a central point of the trip. The whole show made this neighborhood attractive to me.

Earth's sacrifice zones: the parts we can't save
An amazing but tragically terrible story on #ClimateChange from The Signal - ABC News (Australia). Do you live in an "expendable" place? Are you disenfranchised by the government that claims dominion over you and your land? If so, you are Royally-fucked. #HeatWave

Oh #Snap! Yes they did! The hegemony of #Microshaft and #Google are about to get their wings clipped. The drug dealer method of addicting people to software is going to come to an end (somewhere).
